Junior Sales Engineer (Turkish speaking)

At OneSpan, a Junior Sales Engineer assists our direct sales team and our sales channel in all technical related issues, being a primary point of contact for all technical queries in a geographic region, offering support on OneSpan Products and Solution Partner products.

You will follow an in-depth training program in order to acquire the necessary skills to become a Junior Sales Engineer for OneSpan.

Key responsibilities and duties

With a combination of in-house, external and on-the-job training, OneSpan ensures advancement through the different steps of becoming a Junior Sales Engineer at OneSpan.

Key Tasks: 

  • Assist from a technical point of view in the pre-sales activities on OneSpan products and solutions (e.g. RFPs, RFIs), both by telephone and face to face with prospective customers.
  • Analyze Customer Requirements.
  • Present & Demonstrate OneSpan products and solutions/Partners Products/Alternatives from the technical side to OneSpan prospective customers.
  • Follow-up externally.
  • Provide Workshop/Consultancy towards customers.
  • Project documentation & follow-up.
  • Relay customer feedback (requirements, new functionality requests) to Product Management (internal communication).
  • Obtain detailed technical/business knowledge on the Strategic Partners’ applications, especially their possibilities and limitations in order to present the best solution to OneSpan customers.
  • Actively participate in tradeshows and seminars hosted by OneSpan.
  • Actively follow new market trends related to e-security.
  • Product training for channel partners and customers/prospects.
  • Perform and follow-up on the integration of OneSpan’s products into OneSpan Strategic Partners’ applications and solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documents (e.g. Technical White Papers) on OneSpan concepts, products and solutions. 


  • Bachelor IT or Computer Science (or similar)
  • Self-confident and a team player with excellent communication skills both orally and in written format
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze customer requirements and present the best solution
  • Good presentation skills
  • Willing to travel and meet our customers in your assigned region.
  • English and Turkish
  • Technical knowledge of the IT standards and protocols, more specific Windows, UNIX/LINUX, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, …
  • Practical knowledge of C, C++, Java or .NET
  • Mobile app development is a nice to have
  • Practical knowledge of web technology, such as HTML, XML, asp, SOAP, REST, …
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze customer requirements and present the best solution
