Scott M. Clements
Scott M. Clements is OneSpan’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Scott has extensive experience in leadership roles in the technology industry with a strong focus on developing and deploying successful business strategies that integrate customer needs and technology innovation. Before joining OneSpan, Scott spent eleven years at Tyco International where he most recently served as Corporate Senior Vice President, Business Development focused on technology acquisitions. Prior to that, Scott served as President of Tyco Retail Solutions and also as Tyco's Chief Technology Officer. Before joining Tyco, Scott spent a decade at Honeywell International in domestic and international financial and operational leadership roles. Scott received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and advanced process control from The Ohio State University and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Mark Hoyt is OneSpan’s Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President. Mark has over 25 years of experience with growing global businesses in Financial, Accounting and International Business Development roles. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, followed by positions in Accounting, Finance and Business Development at Motorola, Inc. based in Chicago and London. Immediately prior to joining OneSpan, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of Groupon, Inc. operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Mark is on the Board of Future Founders and was honored as a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and as a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders. Mark received a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University, an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CPA.
Steven Worth is General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and member of the executive team. His 20+ years of industry experience includes software, SaaS, technology services, and consulting. Before joining OneSpan, Steven was on the executive team at SilkRoad Technology, a leader in SaaS human resources applications. Prior to that, Steven was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, an international publicly traded technology services firm. He helped build Diamond’s business and played a key role in its 2010 sale. Steven practiced with a large international law firm after he graduated with MBA and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Industry and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
John Gunn is OneSpan’s Chief Marketing Officer. He joined OneSpan in 2014 and is a member of the executive team. John has more than two decades of leadership experience in the IT security and software segments. Before joining OneSpan, John launched and led the Security Solutions Group at Harland Clarke where he developed a SaaS-based consumer identity protection solution. John was General Manager of North America and Vice President Global Marketing for Aladdin Knowledge Systems, a global leader in authentication and application protection solutions. Prior to Aladdin, John was President of VisionTek, a consumer technology products company. He is an expert on IT security issues and is frequently quoted in the media. John received his B.A. degree in Economics and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Tracy McCarthy is OneSpan's Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined OneSpan in 2017, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership to the company. Tracy joined OneSpan from SAVO Group, a private equity-funded SaaS provider that specializes in sales productivity software, where she served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Tracy has also served as Chief Human Resource Officer at SilkRoad Technology and held human resources leadership roles at Collections, etc. (now Winston Brands) and Corporate Express (now Staples). McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. She also holds SPHR, GPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and serves on the board of directors for Chicago Tech Academy.
Dan S. Dica is OneSpan’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and has been with OneSpan since 2006. Dan has more than 25 years of experience building and leading global sales organizations for internet, mobile security, and SaaS providers as well as technology consulting services. As Regional Director, Dan helped establish and grow OneSpan’s operations in Asia Pacific and Japan through his leadership and vision, and by identifying and understanding new markets opportunities. Prior to joining OneSpan, Dan served as General Manager Asia Pacific at WhiteStone, a cloud-based software company based in Sydney, Australia, and was also VP of Business Development at Unisoft, a multinational ERP software company based in Greece. Dan holds a BA degree in Business and Economics from ICI Institute.
Benoit Grange is Chief Technology Officer for OneSpan. He joined the company in 1997 and his extensive experience in product management, product strategy, and leading engineering teams has helped OneSpan generate significant growth. Benoit manages the research and development organization that engineered the company’s powerful new trust platform that enables businesses to seamlessly implement identity, fraud prevention, electronic and transaction signing, mobile application protection, and risk analysis. Benoit is responsible for product development and the long term technology direction at OneSpan. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bordeaux.
Roger is the Vice President of Product Management for OneSpan. He has nearly 20 years of experience leading product strategy, product management, architecture, and engineering efforts that have brought unique and innovative solutions to the market. Prior to joining OneSpan, Roger was Vice President of Product Management and a member of the executive team for security startup, NextLabs, where he drove the company’s strategy and cloud solution efforts. Before that, Roger led product management and technology development teams at Oracle for more than a decade, including responsibility for the company’s cloud based identity and access solutions, API gateway technologies, and core security platform. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in System Analysis & Design from the University of Karlstad.
Jeff Cole is OneSpan’s Chief Information Officer and joined OneSpan in 2017. Jeff has held numerous technology leadership positions throughout his career, helping companies use best-in-class cloud applications and data strategies to automate processes and gain insight. Before joining OneSpan, Jeff spent eight years at CareerBuilder.com where he focused on financial applications and data. Prior to that, Jeff was responsible for managing financial systems for Discover Financial Services, Inc. Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Computer Information systems from Dominican University and an MBA in Technology Management and Innovation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Joe Maxa is Director of Investor Relations for OneSpan. He joined the company in 2017 and his role integrates the work of finance, communications, marketing, and compliance to deliver effective communications between OneSpan and the investment community. Prior to joining OneSpan, Joe was Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Dougherty & Company, a full-service investment bank and brokerage firm. His experience as a sell-side analyst includes nearly two decades covering small to mid-cap technology and industrial technology companies, including OneSpan. Prior to Dougherty & Company, Joe worked in engineering and operations roles and held a Professional Engineering license. Joe earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of St. Thomas.
