Matt Moynahan is OneSpan’s Chief Executive Officer. Matt most recently served as CEO at Forcepoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, for nearly five years where he transformed the company’s offerings from predominantly on-premises to a cloud-consumption model and drove record new business growth prior to its acquisition by Francisco Partners in January 2021.
Matt brings to OneSpan more than two decades of global technology experience across both on-premises and cloud services, and nearly every facet of cyber security. Prior to Forcepoint, he served as President at Arbor Networks, a subsidiary of Danaher, where he was responsible for building one of the world’s largest commercial cloud DDoS platforms and network-based advanced threat protection systems. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Veracode, a SaaS pioneer of cloud-based software security testing platforms. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Symantec’s Consumer Division, responsible for serving hundreds of millions of customers while delivering a superior end-user experience. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
Jorge Martell is OneSpan’s Chief Financial Officer. Jorge brings more than 20 years of experience providing financial, strategic, and operational leadership, including M&A strategy and execution, to rapidly growing global private and public companies. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Extreme Reach, Inc., an omnichannel creative logistics company for brand advertising, where he played an integral role in transforming and optimizing the company’s balance sheet and net working capital, and in the execution of the company’s growth strategy through global M&A. Prior to that, Jorge was at Sapient Corporation, a $1.4 billion publicly-listed company, where he led its global revenue organization, execution of its M&A financial strategy, and global treasury organization, prior to its acquisition by Publicis Groupe. Before his role at Sapient, Martell held leadership roles at ABM Industries, Inc., a provider of facilities management solutions, and at KPMG LLP, a public accounting firm, where he audited private and publicly traded companies in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Martell holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Monterrey Institute of Technology.
Lara Mataac is OneSpan’s, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Lara brings nearly two decades of legal and compliance experience, focused on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions for companies in public and private cloud-based technology.
Before joining OneSpan, Lara was General Counsel at Constant Contact, Inc., where she led the legal and compliance team during a period of transformation after the company’s spinout from Endurance International Group (EIG). Before Constant Contact, Lara spent eight years at EIG, most recently as Deputy General Counsel. At EIG, she was the legal lead for the company’s IPO, responsible for public company compliance, corporate governance, M&A, and employment matters. She was instrumental in EIG’s take-private transaction in February 2021. Before EIG, Lara was Corporate Legal Director at Bottomline Technologies. She was also a member of the corporate law department at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Boston, Mass., and at Fenwick & West LLP in Mountain View, Calif. Lara holds a BA from Wellesley College and a JD from Stanford University.
Tom Aurelio is OneSpan’s Chief People Officer. He brings more than 30 years of global Human Resources leadership experience, primarily in software and cloud-based technology companies, where he helped companies align structure, processes, compensation, and capabilities to the business strategy that drives growth and profitability.
Tom most recently served as CHRO at Endurance International Group, a cloud-based IT services company. At Endurance, he provided strategic direction in talent management and development, organizational leadership, and culture initiatives. Prior to Endurance, Tom was CHRO at Criteo, a Paris-based global digital advertising company, where he rebuilt the human resources function to support rapid organic and inorganic growth. Prior to that, he served as SVP, People at Priceline.com, Co-Founder and President of SimpleCloudApps.com, and VP, Global HR Operations at Symantec. During his tenure at Symantec, the organization grew from 4,500 employees to over 21,000 employees across 220 global locations. Tom holds a BS in Management from Daemen College and an MBA from Canisius College.
Stuti Bhargava is OneSpan’s Chief Customer Experience Officer. Stuti brings more than 20 years of technology experience, including 10 years of leading customer success teams. Stuti joins OneSpan from Immersive Labs, a private SaaS company offering people-centric cyber resilience. As Vice President of Global Customer Experience, she led Immersive Lab’s global customer success organization and was responsible for the end-to-end customer journey. Prior to Immersive Labs, she served as Head of Global Customer Success at BitSight Technologies, a cyber risk and security ratings company. At BitSight, Stuti created the company’s Customer Success organization and played an instrumental role in helping drive revenue from early stage to $80 million. Prior to joining BitSight, Stuti was Director of Customer Success Management and Customer Support at Actifio Inc., an enterprise cloud data management company.
Earlier in her career, Bhargava held product strategy positions at Oracle and EMC2 and an engineering role at Motorola Inc. Stuti holds a Master’s degree in Computers Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan.
Eric Hanson is OneSpan’s Chief Marketing Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience across roles in marketing, sales, and product, helping organizations drive transformation, build market momentum, and grow industry recognition. Prior to OneSpan, Eric served as Chief Marketing Officer at Fuze, where he was responsible for setting the company’s global marketing strategy and leading demand generation, brand, product and customer marketing. During his tenure, he helped lead strategic initiatives to re-align Fuze’s go-to-market and product strategies in order to target emerging market opportunities in Unified Communications, earning Fuze recognition as a category visionary and leader. Before his appointment as the Chief Marketing Officer, Eric held leadership roles in product and demand generation.
Prior to Fuze, Eric was the co-founder and CEO of SPY Visual Effects, a creative studio servicing advertising agencies and motion picture studios. The company was acquired in 2009, and Eric then served as the business unit’s SVP and General Manager until 2012. Under Eric’s leadership, the company experienced tremendous growth, working on advertising campaigns with brands including Nike, Toyota, and Apple, and motion pictures including Iron Man, Hunger Games, and Avatar. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from UC San Diego.
M. Samy Ibrahim
M. Samy Ibrahim is OneSpan’s Chief Revenue Officer. Ibrahim has several decades of high-growth sales experience, deep cybersecurity knowledge, and a strong track record of building world-class sales organizations. He most recently served as OneSpan’s Vice President of Global Sales Strategy and Business Operations. Prior to joining OneSpan, Ibrahim was Vice President of EMEA Emerging Markets and Central and Eastern Europe at Forcepoint, a global security leader. At Forcepoint, he transformed the region and grew revenue by more than 300% in four years. Before Forcepoint, he held similar sales leadership roles at Arbor Networks, now NETSCOUT, a DDOS mitigation software company, and F5, a multi-cloud application services and security company. Earlier in his career, he was the head of the advanced technologies business unit at Juniper Networks and regional general manager at 3Com, acquired by HP.
Ajay Keni is OneSpan’s Chief Technology Officer. Ajay brings more than 20 years of experience as a technologist and software engineer leading teams to build world class products and services focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and security in the cloud. Before joining OneSpan, Ajay served as Vice President and head of Oracle’s Identity Management business, responsible for the company’s software-delivered and SaaS-delivered Identity and Access Management products. In recent years, he led the strategy and operational execution of Oracle Cloud’s Identity and Security cloud services and drove its uptake across Oracle’s IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and industry vertical applications and their customers. During this time, he was directly responsible for product management, development, quality and DevOps. Ajay holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Bangalore.
Michael Klieman is OneSpan’s, Chief Product Officer. Michael brings over 30 years of experience in product and design leadership, business development, and general management in cybersecurity, fintech, and healthcare technology.
Prior to joining OneSpan, Michael served as Vice President, Product Management and General Manager at Sophos, leading the consumer security business unit. Before Sophos, Michael led the product organizations for MobileIron through its sale to Ivanti, and Symantec’s Website Security business unit through its sale to Digicert. His experience includes helping organizations of all sizes shift from on-premises to SaaS-based applications for a wide range of security solutions, including unified endpoint management, mobile security, passwordless authentication, SSL/TLS, code signing, vulnerability, malware detection, endpoint protection, and managed PKI services. Michael spent 11 years at Intuit leading teams that pioneered the introduction of online banking, electronic payments, and consumer healthcare management. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in IT & security audit. Michael holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a BA in accounting and economics from George Washington University, and he is a licensed CPA and CISSP.
Mike Lillie is OneSpan’s Chief Information Officer. Mike is a highly accomplished executive with nearly 30 years of information technology leadership experience including keeping large-scale, highly complex enterprises agile by readily adopting new technologies, building best-in-class infrastructures, and delivering seamless organizational transitions. Mike most recently served as Global Chief Information Officer at Qlik. Prior to Qlik, he was CIO at Endurance International Group where he led the global information technology team and had responsibility for all infrastructure and technical operations, core data services, enterprise business systems, information security, compliance, and corporate IT services. Prior to Endurance, Mike was Vice President of Information Technology for Nuance Communications, Inc., a publicly-traded leading provider of voice and language solutions for businesses and consumers around the world, where he drove the transformation and automation of business processes.
Mike holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
Caroline Vignollet is OneSpan’s Senior Vice President of Research & Development. Caroline has more than 25 years of engineering experience, including both project and product management roles, operations and R&D. Throughout her career, Caroline has demonstrated an ability to influence large organizations to take both a digital and agile mindset.
Prior to OneSpan, Caroline was the Head of the Thales Digital Factory in Canada and in charge of accelerating the company’s digital transformation, focusing on a user centric approach while optimizing the innovation processes. Before Thales, she held various positions at digital security company Gemalto, based first in France and then Canada – and prior to that she spent time in Singapore managing software teams.
In addition to her current role, Caroline mentors women around the world helping them with their professional and personal development. In 2013, she was awarded French Digital Woman of the year by ‘l’Usine Nouvelle’.
Giovanni Verhaeghe is OneSpan’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Hardware Operations. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and business transformation through technology innovation and acquisition. Giovanni has also created several hardware and software solutions in support of OneSpan’s platform strategy, working to maintain a balance between in-house and acquired technology in his role leading corporate strategy and technical operations.
Giovanni has served as OneSpan’s Director of Corporate Strategy and Intellectual Property Rights. Prior to joining OneSpan, Giovanni was IT-Manager at Vinçotte, a company specialized in safety, security and quality control. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Applied Informatics from Howest (Bruges/Cardiff UK) and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Vlerick Business School.
Joe Maxa is OneSpan’s Vice President of Investor Relations. His role integrates the work of finance, communications, marketing, and compliance to deliver effective communications between OneSpan and the investment community. Prior to joining OneSpan, Joe was Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at Dougherty & Company, a full-service investment bank and brokerage firm. His experience as a sell-side analyst includes nearly two decades covering small to mid-cap technology and industrial technology companies, including OneSpan. Prior to Dougherty & Company, Joe worked in engineering and operations roles and held a Professional Engineering license. Joe earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
