OACIQ Approves Montreal-Based eSignLive E-Signatures on Quebec Real Estate Forms

Quebec brokers will now be able to electronically sign mandatory and recommended real estate transaction forms offered through OACIQ, including among others, the promise to purchase, the brokerage contract, the declarations by the seller of the immovable form and the notice of disclosure documents. Brokers can e-sign these and other documents two different ways – either through Silanis’ online signing service e-SignLive or by capitalizing on an existing partnership between Silanis and Faltour, which will see the integration of Silanis’ e-signature with the Faltour Electronic Document Management (EDM) system completed by early 2014.
