eSignLive Names Federal Division Director

Montreal, March 12, 2004 — Silanis announced today the appointment of Jay Marlar as the company’s new Federal Division Director. Marlar is a five-year Silanis veteran with over 20 years of Federal sales experience.

Prior to joining Silanis, Marlar held a senior sales role with Sterling Commerce, an EDI and e-commerce software company, and was Federal Civilian Agency District Manager at Banyan, a leading LAN supplier. Marlar started his career in Federal with word processing/office automation firms then moved to mini-computers at Prime and Pyramid.

Marlar is leading Silanis’ Federal sales force, which includes two new Senior Account Managers – Art Gonzales and Leila Bristow - and a dedicated Systems Engineer, Jack Moyer.
