Montreal, QC, April 2, 2008 - Leading e-signature provider Silanis Technology is pleased to announce its appointment of Justin LaFayette as Executive Chairman and Director. Jonathan Wener, currently Silanis’ non-executive Chairman, will remain a non-executive Director and continue to play an active role in the development of Silanis.Justin LaFayette joins Silanis with a wealth of experience in the field of data management.  Previously, Mr. LaFayette was founder and Executive Chairman of DWL Inc. (“DWL”) a market leader in the field of Master Data Management, a software and services market which analysts predict will be worth $10 billion by 2012. DWL was successfully sold to IBM in 2005. Prior to the acquisition by IBM, DWL had become a leader in data management within the financial services sector attracting a number of blue chip customers including MetLife, Unum Provident, SunTrust Bank and Nationwide.
