William J. Meder Appointed to eSignLive Board of Directors

Montreal, QC, February 26th, 2004 — Silanis today announced the appointment of William J. Meder to its Board of Directors. Mr. Meder joins the Silanis board after a notable career with companies such as IBM, Henry Birks and Sons, and ORBCOMM Global LP.

After starting his career at IBM in 1965, Mr. Meder held progressively senior roles until 1978 when he bought Imperial Manufacturing, a manufacturer and distributor of automotive parts. Since then he has been CEO or COO of several large companies and startups including most recently being Vice Chairman of ORBCOMM Global LP a low earth orbiting Satellite system for data communications. Currently Mr Meder is a Venture Advisor for CDP Capital Technologies as well as serving on the board of many companies in various technology markets.

Mr. Meder also serves as the Chairman for Fleetmind Solutions Inc., a Director with Tripmaster Corporation, Chairman of Accovia Inc., Chairman of Interstar Technologies, a Director of Agorae Global, and Chairman of Atrion.

Mr. Meder holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Quebec, and a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
