OAKBROOK TERRACE, Illinois and BRUSSELS, Belgium – March 9, 2005 – VASCO Data Security (NASDAQ: VDSI: www.vasco.com), a global provider of enterprise-wide security products that support e-business and e-commerce, today announced that it has reinforced its indirect sales network in Australia by partnering with leading distributor, Lan 1.

Lan 1 will sell Digipass Pack to its network of resellers. Digipass Pack is a bundling of VASCO’s Digipass and VACMAN Middleware, designed to be easily combined with the world’s leading security products of VASCO’s Solution Partners. Digipass Pack is only sold indirectly, via distributors and resellers/integrators.

Lan 1 is an Australian value-added specialist distributor with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, specialising in IP storage, IP networking and IP security. Lan 1 also distributes the products of VASCO’s solution partner SonicWALL.

Thirdly, they need to share with VASCO the business spirit and focus on quality.
