(www.vasco.com) (Nasdaq: VDSI), the leading software security company specializing in authentication products , today announced that it has awarded PostFinance (www.postfinance.ch) with VASCO’s Market Vision Award. The award consists of a bronze sculpture by the Belgian artist Inge Dewilde.

In order to honour the bank’s focus on innovation and its visionary approach of security in an e-banking environment, VASCO will organize an award ceremony at the Orbit trade show in Zurich (Switzerland). The event is organized in close cooperation with Ergonomics, VASCO’s trusted Swiss banking partner.

PostFinance is the first finance institute in Switzerland to offer different types of VASCO’s Digipass Card Readers to different types of end-users. In PostFinance’s yellownet e-finance application, VASCO’s Digipass 810, and Digipass 805 are used. VASCO and PostFinance are also distributing a device for the blind and visually impaired.
