VASCO awarded its resellers at Infosecurity 2012

VASCO resellers were awarded in three categories: “Best VASCO usage in a Managed Services environment”, “Best Performer in the “legal” vertical” and “Best Newcomer of the Year”. Acenseo obtained the award for“Best DIGIPASS by VASCO usage in a Managed Services environment”
Using the features and possibilities of the VASCO IDENTIKEY Enterprise edition, Acenseo was able to build up a performing platform for AscendID as their cloud service offering. The company offer its customers the choice to log-in via AscendID branded DIGIPASS GO7 hardware authenticators, DIGIPASS for Mobile running on Blackberry, Android, Windows and Apple OS platforms and the popular SMS DIGIPASS solution.
In setting up a comprehensive multi layered portal which includes a welcome/login page, separate administrator and self-service options, Acenseo demonstrated its technical capability. From a commercial side the company offers flexible contract and payment terms.

Somerford Associates won the award of “Best Performer in the vertical “legal”
The commercial and technical teams at Somerford used their expertise and business knowledge to help customers in the vertical “legal“ by using VASCO strong user authentication to secure access towards portals, VPN and bespoke legal applications. To protect sensitive information from being intercepted Somerford positioned different VASCO solutions like DIGIPASS Plug-ins and IDENTIKEY servers at multiple UK and international operating legal firms. Their strong technical VASCO skills helped those legal companies to set-up a banking level access security while working from home, at the customer’s site or travelling internationally.
