Prestigious international hotel chain chooses eSignLive e-signatures to streamline procurement processes
Montreal, QC, January 16, 2007 — The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel, soon to be one of Asia’s largest hotels, has selected Silanis’ ApproveIt® XHTML electronic signature solution to streamline its operational processes.
The Las Vegas Sands-owned resort needed a solution to automate its procurement process, including purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
Silanis’ solution was ideal because it fulfilled the Venetian Macao’s requirements for the capture of signatures on XHTML forms over the Web. The ability to support multiple signatures on a single form was also essential.
These features contributed to the single most important requirement: the creation of a legally enforceable electronic signature and secure audit trail, with any subsequent change to the tamper-evident e-signed form invalidating the e-signature.
Using Silanis' solution with a procurement system based on Microsoft's BizTalk Server and SQL Server database, the resort will now be able to streamline its approval processes, and be assured that the signing process and the resulting XHTML forms are secure, legal and auditable.
