Prestigious international hotel chain chooses eSignLive e-signatures to streamline procurement processes
Montreal, QC, January 16, 2007 — The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel, soon to be one of Asia’s largest hotels, has selected Silanis’ ApproveIt® XHTML electronic signature solution to streamline its operational processes.
The Las Vegas Sands-owned resort needed a solution to automate its procurement process, including purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
Silanis’ solution was ideal because it fulfilled the Venetian Macao’s requirements for the capture of signatures on XHTML forms over the Web. The ability to support multiple signatures on a single form was also essential.
These features contributed to the single most important requirement: the creation of a legally enforceable electronic signature and secure audit trail, with any subsequent change to the tamper-evident e-signed form invalidating the e-signature.
Using Silanis' solution with a procurement system based on Microsoft's BizTalk Server and SQL Server database, the resort will now be able to streamline its approval processes, and be assured that the signing process and the resulting XHTML forms are secure, legal and auditable.
Silanis’ ApproveIt® XHTML Server allows organizations to integrate electronic approval and signature capabilities into Web processes through corporate Internet, Extranet or Intranet sites. Electronic signatures and audit trails are secured with digital signature technology, providing seamless operation with deployed applications such e-mail, workflow, and content management systems.
Silanis’ XHTML e-signature solution complements the ApproveIt® Desktop solution, allowing organizations to deploy electronic signatures within desktop and Web applications using a common technology and a single electronic credential such as the Silanis ePersona™.
Founded in 1992, Silanis Technology Inc. is the largest and most experienced provider of electronic signature solutions.
