The role supports a group of employees based across the EMEA region, taking care of the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
You will take care of HR administration and Health and Safety projects, while you get the chance to grow and learn other HR responsibilities by being involved in the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, termination etc).

This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Belgium.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure a quality administration (Preparation of Employment and Termination Contracts and Letters, liaison with Immigration Authorities for Work permits and residencies, Benefits administration, Reference letters & employment confirmations,...)
  • Ensure flawless Payroll, Benefits and Workday administration
  • Act as a daily point of contact for employees for all HR related questions
  • Manage health and safety projects for the Belgian entity and participate in the Committee for Prevention and Protection on the Workplace
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Act as back-up for other members of the team
  • Provide HR metrics for the region covered
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and other departments when working on projects



  • 2+ years’ experience in HR
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Experience as Prevention Advisor is a plus
  • Quick learner
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Understands cultural differences and can adapt to them
  • Can work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and Workday
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, Good knowledge of French
