Senior UX Designer – OneSpan

OneSpan’s UX team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to solve challenging problems in the world of trusted digital interactions. Join our team of talented designers, researchers and accessibility experts. Together, we’ll collaborate, iterate, and deliver great software experiences that take confusion out of digital agreements and transactions while ensuring that they are compliant and secure.

About the Role:

About your role Your responsibilities will consist of improving the interaction experience between people and institutions. You’ll own the design of products relying on Design Thinking processes to guide you along the way. This includes:

  • Partner with stakeholders and other subject matter experts to help the UX team foster empathy for our users and advocate for their needs. 
  • Uncover and define key design problems through the analysis of product requirements and UX research findings. 
  • Solve user problems and explore divergent ideas while understanding how to converge and build iteratively to achieve your vision. 
  • Relying on Design Thinking processes, produce low to high fidelity mockups and user flows for web and mobile, while testing and validating throughout the process. 
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to help explore, build and deploy your designs. 
  • Influence the shape of our products by sharing your work and accurately articulating the design rationale. 
  • Inspire the entire team and partners by bringing new ideas to the table. 
  • Drive visual direction to the growth and evolution of our design system. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DesignOps. 
  • Help level up the UX team. Be a mentor for less experienced designers. Share your experience and knowledge and make us better, faster, and stronger. 


Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of UX work experience-Passion for the craft of design 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design process 
  • Proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and web applications 
  • High proficiency with modern design tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure RP & UXPin 



  • Experience with designing white-labelled enterprise software 
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, HCI or any other relevant field 
  • Visual, illustration and motion design skills
