eSignLive appoints Matthew E. Lane as Chief Financial Officer
Montreal,QC, July 14, 2005 — Silanis, the leading provider of solutions that automate the business approval process, today announced the appointment of Mr. Matthew E. Lane as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Lane joined Silanis in 2000 and served most recently as Director of Finance. As Chief Financial Officer, the role has expanded to include oversight of all financial operations and corporate compliance, in addition to internal and external financial reporting.
"Mr. Lane has grown with the company and his role has become increasingly outward-facing", says Richard L. Warren, Chief Executive Officer. "His proven track record in operations with a keen focus on stewardship and deployment of corporate resources will be essential to help manage our expansion of marketing channels and market segments throughout 2006."
Prior to joining Silanis, Mr. Lane was an auditor and business advisor with a mid-sized Chartered Accounting firm based in Montreal, serving a variety of technology and other business concerns. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, and is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants.
