Built on Silanis’ award-winning ApproveIt Web Server technology, the Silanis eDisclosure Solution is a complete product and services offering that enables lenders to electronically present initial disclosure documents directly to borrowers for review, acceptance and approval over the web.
Presenting electronic disclosures to borrowers for immediate review, acceptance and approval, can eliminate 5-7 days from the mortgage origination process, enabling the completion of the entire mortgage application process in minutes instead of days. Electronic disclosures can also deliver significant cost savings by eliminating courier fees and manual processing costs, as well as decreasing the application drop off rates.
Silanis’ eDisclosure Solution bundles all of the critical components for the presentment and signing of mortgage application documents. At the core of the offering is Silanis’ ApproveIt Web Server, a zero-client web-based solution for engaging customers in the online electronic approval of regulated documents and contracts in a legally enforceable manner — without the need to fall back to paper and wet-ink signatures. In addition to the software license of ApproveIt Web Server, this package also includes integration of the solution into a new or existing web portal, integration with the lender’s Loan Origination System or document preparation system, project implementation, and ongoing optimization and support.
