Welcome. In this video, we will show you how to log in to the Ping One platform using the Digipass FX7. Log in to your Ping One environment, identify yourself, and enter your email address to continue.
If you have previously configured FIDO2 as your primary authentication method, you will now be prompted to log in with your access key. Connect your Digipass FX7 to a USB-C port on your computer. Select Security Key and click Next. A pop-up window will appear to verify that you are attempting to log in. Enter the PIN you previously set for the Digipass FX7 and click OK. The LED light on the back of the Digipass FX7 will begin to flash. Touch the LED light with any finger to confirm your presence.
