Integration of Protocom’s SecureLogin® Password Management Suite with VASCO’s DIGIPASS Results in Digipass Pack for Microsoft® Windows® Networks; LAN Security Product for SME's to Fortune 1000 corporations

(Nasdaq: VDSI) (www.vasco.com), the global number one vendor of strong user authentication products to the financial sector, and Protocom Development Systems, the market leader in enterprise single sign on, today announced the signing of a Global Partnership Agreement, and the launch of Digipass Pack for Microsoft® Windows® Networks that integrates Protocom’s SecureLogin® Password Management Suite with VASCO’s Digipass® family of strong user authentication products.

The agreement brings together the demonstrated expertise of Protocom in the global network security sector and VASCO’s international experience in strong user authentication. The joint solution brings best-of-breed authentication to secure the networks for all types of companies, from SME's with 100 users to Fortune 1000 corporations. The Digipass Pack for Microsoft Windows Networks is immediately available.
