TechExcel Integrates eSignLive Software to Provide e-Signatures for its CRM Solution
Web-based forms with electronic approvals improve efficiency and response time
Montreal, Qc, September 20, 2000 — In a move that signifies a new trend in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, Silanis Technology Inc., the leading developer of electronic signature and approval software, and TechExcel, a leading provider of CRM solutions, today announced a partnership agreement that will see Silanis ApproveIt™ integrated with TechExcel’s ServiceWise™ to provide e-signature approval capabilities to the already robust CRM product.
ServiceWise Forms improve customer response time and manpower efficiency by combining legally binding electronic signatures with sophisticated web-based forms automation. These powerful online forms can be easily created without any html programming and then configured for automatic routing to the appropriate people for completion and approval. ApproveIt securely captures multiple signatures within these electronic forms and authenticates the integrity of the form’s data whenever a previously signed form is opened. Finally, the built-in workflow routes the approved form to the proper department for processing.
“The Silanis and TechExcel partnership responds to customer demand for more comprehensive applications that manage not only the customer relationship and lifecycle, but also electronically manage the approval process for documents and forms,” said Tieren Zhou, President of TechExcel. “Organizations want to speed up their processing time for customer requests, and the combination of ApproveIt and ServiceWise Forms provides a very powerful, fully integrated solution.”
ApproveIt mimics a pen and paper signing process in an electronic environment and is seamlessly integrated with ServiceWise Forms without additional hardware, software or programming. Customers plan to implement ServiceWise Forms to manage web-based purchase orders, product returns, internal equipment requests, and many other processes that currently require paper forms and signatures.
“Silanis and TechExcel will reduce paper trails and eliminate the time delays traditionally associated with paper-based approval processes,” said Silanis President Tommy Petrogiannis. “By letting customers sign forms on-line, and manage the approval process from start to finish, ServiceWise and ApproveIt give users an even more efficient way of handling the paper-based processes they’re used to without changing the way they work.”
The benefits of the integrated Silanis and TechExcel solution has been met with enthusiasm from customers dedicated to optimizing their customer response time.
“We have many paper forms today that require signature approvals,” said Yinon Eliaz, Manager of Customer Services for Xacct Technologies. “Using ServiceWise Forms and ApproveIt, we expect to cut customer processing and tracking time in half, and see a significant reduction in the manpower required to support our customers.”
