TechExcel Integrates eSignLive Software to Provide e-Signatures for its CRM Solution
Web-based forms with electronic approvals improve efficiency and response time
Montreal, Qc, September 20, 2000 — In a move that signifies a new trend in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, Silanis Technology Inc., the leading developer of electronic signature and approval software, and TechExcel, a leading provider of CRM solutions, today announced a partnership agreement that will see Silanis ApproveIt™ integrated with TechExcel’s ServiceWise™ to provide e-signature approval capabilities to the already robust CRM product.
ServiceWise Forms improve customer response time and manpower efficiency by combining legally binding electronic signatures with sophisticated web-based forms automation. These powerful online forms can be easily created without any html programming and then configured for automatic routing to the appropriate people for completion and approval. ApproveIt securely captures multiple signatures within these electronic forms and authenticates the integrity of the form’s data whenever a previously signed form is opened. Finally, the built-in workflow routes the approved form to the proper department for processing.

ApproveIt mimics a pen and paper signing process in an electronic environment and is seamlessly integrated with ServiceWise Forms without additional hardware, software or programming. Customers plan to implement ServiceWise Forms to manage web-based purchase orders, product returns, internal equipment requests, and many other processes that currently require paper forms and signatures.
