New service enables quick migration to the latest version of ApproveIt Desktop with minimal disruption and maximum return-on-investment

Montreal, QC, May 5, 2004 — Silanis today introduced the ApproveIt Desktop Upgrade Package, a new service that assists current Silanis customers to successfully migrate to the latest version of ApproveIt Desktop. This service was developed in response to customer requests for a managed process to fully leverage the new features and functionality of the software, while limiting impact on day-to-day operations and maximizing return-on-investment.

The ApproveIt Desktop Upgrade Package uses a well-documented, tested, and repeatable approach for ensuring a smooth upgrade process. It includes upgrade analysis and planning, software installation, post-upgrade recommendations, and knowledge transfer.

As well, the Silanis Technical Consultant will provide post-upgrade recommendations for improving the use of the technology and leveraging new features.
