eSignLive names new Senior VP, Service Operations

In this newly created position, Hutt will ensure an integrated “one face to the customer” approach for Silanis’ e-Sign Enterprise Platform™, including Professional Services, Cloud Operations and Customer Support. Through her experience, Hutt will build a world-class services organization to provide the highest levels of service to Silanis customers and partners worldwide.

This role is strategic for the company as e-signatures are considered a foundational, enterprise-level technology that can be used as a shared service to provide greater value across multiple business units, as mentioned in the November 2011 Forrester Research report, “What to look for in e-signature providers: Segment e-signature use cases to help in your selection” .
