Designed to answer an expressed demand from insurance, banking and government organizations wanting to enable remote staff and agents with mobile capability, Mobile e-Sign delivers an optimized e-signing experience for the iPad that includes offline operation and extended electronic evidence gathering, something no other mobile e-signature solution currently offers.

Insurance companies, banks and government departments are prioritizing mobile solutions for their agents and representatives because this group is one of the fastest growing adopters and biggest benefactors of mobile tablets. In fact, according to analyst firm Gartner, “Enterprise sales of media tablets will account for about 35 percent of total tablet sales sold in 2015.” For remote workers like insurance agents, financial advisors, bank representatives and military personnel, tablets are revolutionizing the way they provide service.   • Optimized customer experience – a streamlined user interface (UI) and configurable navigation, including sequential, menu-driven or lateral swiping, creates an optimal user experience while maximizing screen real estate  for document review. Signatures may be captured either by using a handwritten signature with a stylus or finger, or with click-to-sign. For customer who prefer to review documents on paper, users may adopt a hybrid approach where documents are reviewed on paper but the process remains electronic with bar coded documents that launch the e-signature process;
  • Anywhere, anytime signing – users can execute transactions online, completely offline or with limited connectivity. No matter the level of connectivity, the entire signing ceremony from launch through evidence to signature is captured electronically on the iPad with the completed transaction synchronized once re-connected;
  • Extended evidence – even when offline, the transaction is able to capture GPS coordinates, voice, video recordings and photos relevant to the transaction, like photos of car damage for an insurance claim.
