New document engine enhances performance and scalability to deliver a true enterprise approval platform

Silanis Technology, the market leader in automating business approval processes, today announced the general availability of ApproveIt Web Server Version 2.2. This enterprise approval platform provides organizations with the foundation for automating approval processes throughout their enterprise from a single platform. With integration for multiple portals and web applications, the ApproveIt Web Server leverages process signature technology to capture a secure audit trail of the approval process and create a legally enforceable transaction using only a web browser on the client system.

New in Version 2.2 are two key upgraded elements that further solidify ApproveIt Web Server as an enterprise approval platform. The first is the addition of a vertically scalable PDF document engine that increases performance and scalability to handle large volumes with excellent response times. The second is the ability to connect the ApproveIt Web Server to multiple web applications to drive electronic approvals for customer acquisition, procurement, and internal operations from a single platform.

Today many organizations have the ability to generate documents and forms electronically, but they are unable to present them for approval over the web to customers, partners, and employees. The ApproveIt Web Server enables complete electronic delivery, approval, signing, and archival capabilities for approval processes across the enterprise.
