eSignLive E-Signatures Being Used at US Central Command

In the past, an administrator would print the task order document generated by their workflow environment, Microsoft® SharePoint® and Microsoft’s CRM task management tool. An administrator would then put it in a paper folder, and hand-carry it to Senior Command Personnel for review and an ink signature. Once signed, the administrator would return to pick up the folder, and scan the signed document back into the workflow system. The typical paper process could take up to several hours for each task order, with an average of a dozen being manually routed for signature each day. Automating this process has greatly improved response times when executing mission critical commands in support of the Military Mission.
