We are looking for a director level Human Resources Business Partner that will be responsible for creating and executing HR strategies, supporting senior executive leaders and their teams, and collaborating with various partners across the organization globally. The individual should be capable of creating and executing a strategy across the Function/Functions that supports operational goals and objectives.

This position will a Remote position; the individual must be able to work within the Eastern Standard Time Zone with flexibility to support EMEA/APAC time zones, including the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients, at all levels, to develop and execute both short- and long-term organizational effectiveness strategies that directly support an effective transition from strategy formulation to achieving results. Ensuring global organization alignment and partnership.
  • Ensuring that HR objectives and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results. Accountable for all HR work within the business unit/function, ensuring it is in alignment with global strategies.
  • Plan and lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action.
  • Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead with a sense of urgency, proactively solves problems, and embodies a commitment to high-performance
  • Embraces change - highly adaptable to changing business conditions and priorities
  • Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Identify root causes and conduct relevant data analysis in order to propose both short-term and long-term interventions and solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years industry experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting Sales and Marketing in a Global Organization.
  • Previous experience managing multiple client groups and prioritizing associated projects in a fast-paced and high-volume, complex environment. Previous experience within a technology industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place.
  • Equally adept at consulting, thinking strategically and execution. Exhibits a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
  • Proven ability with strong use of judgment to identify and anticipate issues, client needs and establish appropriate plans to resolve issues
  • Independent work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, with the ability to move seamlessly from strategy development to execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or Related Field.
