eSignLive Empowers Business Users to Manage E-Signature Transactions

Montreal, QC, June 6, 2012 - Silanis, the leader in enterprise

electronic signature solutions with the largest e-signature deployments, announces the new Silanis Transaction Manager™. Transaction Manager is a web-based application that offers monitoring, management and reporting on e-signed transactions processed by the Silanis e-Sign Enterprise™ platform. It gives businesses visibility and control over e-signed customer transactions, thereby increasing responsiveness and productivity, and enabling transactions to be completed faster.

For organizations relying on e-signed transactions and straight-through processing, Transaction Manager is an essential tool that can be leveraged by all business users, including sales and support staff, and management. Business users now have the power to monitor, manage and report on transactions in real time, while tracking the customer’s status in completing required documents.

“One of the biggest benefits of bringing customer processes online with e-signatures is the ability to increase visibility into transactions, empower front-line staff and as a result, ensure a great customer experience,” said Tommy Petrogiannis, CEO and co-founder of Silanis Technology. “Transaction Manager extends the benefits of electronic straight-through processing to all interested parties.”

From a configurable dashboard, users can:

  • Monitor: Transaction Manager gives sales agents the information needed to determine the status of their customer transactions and keep the e-sign process moving forward. It provides at-a-glance and detailed views into transactions based on search/filter queries. Sales agents can monitor transactions about to expire or search by transaction number, status (in progress, completed, not started, locked, expired, etc.), or any number of default and configurable parameters.
  • Manage: Transaction Manager empowers customer service and support staff with real-time access to transactions in progress and as a result, offloads the sales team from having to deal with support issues. Support staff can correct email addresses, re-send email invitations, unlock customers who fail authentication, and more.
  • Report: Management can now generate reports on the status of transactions in progress by location, users and products; track drop-offs and abandons of customer transactions; determine transaction cycle times; and more. Report criteria can include a number of business-line-specific parameters such as sales territory or product type.

Transaction Manager authenticates users via LDAP or SAML, and also determines which transactions users are authorized to access.
