Senior Manager or Director of Regional Marketing (UK/London Hybrid/Remote)

OneSpan is looking for a creative, organized, and extremely detail-oriented Sr. Manager of Regional Marketing to join its marketing dream team and lead its field marketing operations in Europe.

This high-impact role will help drive regionally orchestrated pipeline generation strategy through direct partnership with the sales team to develop and lead regional campaigns and initiatives. The candidate must be able to understand regional sales priorities, and prioritize, problem-solve, and customize campaigns for individual regions.

The Sr. Manager of Regional Marketing supports OneSpan’s growth and retention revenue goals as an individual and by leading a team of other Regional Marketers in Europe. The candidate fully understands the needs of the global region, thinks strategically determining which campaigns should be executed and when, and works collaboratively with regional sales and success leaders to develop execute a regional marketing plan.

The Sr. Manager of Regional Marketing collaborates with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Content/Creative, sales leadership, and the sales and marketing operations teams to support and develop regional campaigns. They possess marketing channel knowledge, planning, and project-management skills and have the ability to hit deadlines and manage competing priorities.


  • Partner with regional sales teams to identify specific regional marketing goals and oversee and coordinate marketing needs for regions, including working cross-functionally (e.g. Content for collateral; Sales Enablement for training/support)
  • Develop and manage a regional campaign functional plan and timeline with Marketing leaders
  • Understand regional sales targets and objectives and revenue retention strategies
  • Proactively work with the regional sales team to maximize lead conversion and pipeline progression associated prospects that participate in the regional marketing activities
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign activities and related pipeline as well as other KPIs including opportunity development, buyer group identification, opportunity velocity etc., and recommend optimization strategies to improve outcomes
  • Manage the collaboration between your team, content, operations, digital, product marketing and sales to execute multichannel campaigns
  • Partner closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure alignment of campaigns
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end campaign development, including timelines and budget
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for key accounts and present performance


  • 5+ years field marketing, lead generation, event planning and multichannel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
  • Experience managing other remote Regional Marketers
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution; understanding of marketing channels
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute an evolving plan while prioritizing and pivoting from numerous projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams
  • Strong CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Marketo with the ability to develop custom reports in Salesforce
  • Data driven and familiar with ABM waterfall and pipeline metrics
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willing to travel to field events across UK & Europe
