OneSpan is looking for a VP of Sales to join our team in Latin America. As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the entire solution portfolio of OneSpan products in the region. We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading teams to meet the organization's objectives as defined by executive management. A high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute on revenue plans that aligns with the organization's vision and its objectives to attain or exceed assigned sales quota within required product mix.
  • Quickly understand OneSpan customers, markets, opportunities, competitors and resources and assess where additional support and emphasis is required.
  • Through strategic and tactical planning, drive lead generation and deal closing activities.
  • Establish high-level, significant relationships at C-level in enterprise customer organizations, partners, key decision-makers and industry leaders to promote the organization's products and services.
  • Provide regular reporting updates and analysis to leadership by monitoring and managing performance metrics vs. plan.
  • Liaise and partner with other key business stakeholders to align on business goals and provide feedback on what will be required for successful execution against company objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing, efficient sale organization; find and grow top talent enabling successful execution against organizational goals.
  • Attract, retain, and build a high performing sales team
  • Coach and train direct reports on culture, sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, hiring and performance management.
  • Motivate each team member to achieve exceptional results, scalable bookings growth with strong predictability

Preferred Requirements:

  • 15+ years software sales experience of which 5+ years selling SaaS solutions, preferably enabling digitization projects, and services.
  • Experience leading regional sales teams located across multiple geographies.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and accurate forecasting.
  • Proven record of developing culture and teams to achieve and exceed their sales quota goals and manage pipeline.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
  • Must be data driven; solid analytical skills and ability to apply market research concepts and methodologies to decisions.
  • Flexible to travel as much as needed both domestic and international.
