OneSpan Sign Release 11.0.6: What's New?

Haris Haidary, March 22, 2017

Version 11.0.6 of OneSpan Sign has recently been released and a couple new features have been added. The release is already available in the OneSpan Sign sandbox environment for testing. Hence, let's get right to it.

Capture Signature

In version 11.0.6, you have the ability to set the behavior of capture signatures in OneSpan Sign. By default, a signer only has to draw their signature once per document, and every subsequent capture signature will be automatically drawn by OneSpan Sign. Now, you can enforce signers to capture their signature every time they sign. Though, for the moment, you can only enable this feature through support or by updating your package settings through the REST API: Request

    "ceremony": {
      "enforceCaptureSignature": true

Download All Button

A new button has been added in the signing ceremony that allows signers to download a zip file that contains all signed documents associated with a completed transaction, whereas previously signers had only downloading signed documents individually as an option. download

Customizing Signing Ceremony and Error Pages

You can now customize a large set of labels for the Signing Ceremony and error pages. For example, you can customize the Access Denied page that appears when a transaction is no longer active and the capture signature text, as shown below: Access Denied Page access deniedCapture Signature Text capture text For a complete list of what you can customize in the Signing Ceremony and Error pages, please contact support. Please note that the labels in the Signing Ceremony and Error pages can only be customized through support.
